In the simplest sense Vault guarantees the company group administrator can upload reports to their own website, and issue an alert to their database, in less than 30 seconds.
Watch the video for a quick summary of how Vault works
The Vault has two primary functions:
Investor website content management
Designated group administrators can upload, edit and delete news releases, reports, calendar dates, shareholder analysis, director’ details and events.
Vault supplies web developers with the relevant XML code snippets, to be placed on the pages of the company’s website, that will call in the relevant information, links, and image thumbnails of news releases, reports, calendar dates, shareholder analysis, director details and events, as uploaded to Vault.
These XML code snippets can be styled by the website developers to match the structure and styles of the company’s current website.
Stakeholder database management
- Subscribers can be added to, or join your group, in a number of different ways.
- Subscribers can edit their own profile details, as can the group administrators.
- Branded alerts and invitations can be sent to the group subscribers with a single click.
- Once a subscriber is registered on Vault, they can join multiple company groups.
